Lot rental rates and fees

Non-refundable application fee: $50.00 per person (non-refundable)
Refundable deposit: $200.00 (refundable)
Monthly lot rental: $650.00 per month

Water, sewer, and trash service is provided by the City of Dallas and Paulding County, and is billed monthly by Logan's Crossing based on individually metered usage.
