and lots of southern charm. We have on-site homes, both new and
remodeled, for sale with financing options available. All of our homes
are owner-occupied. We do not rent homes. We do not allow homeowner's
to rent their homes.
Logan's Crossing Manufactured Home Community in Dallas, Georgia is 30 miles northwest of Atlanta. Our community is easily accessible from Highway 278, just one block from Highway 61 and 278. We are nestled along the Silver Comet Trail. There is every type of shopping just minutes from the community along with the new Paulding WellStar Hospital and Chattahoochee Technical College.
